Best Longevity Clinics

Clinics focused on biological age testing, advanced diagnostics, and preventive protocols for adults 40 and older.

What to look for

The single most useful question to ask a longevity clinic is which markers they actually measure, and whether they will hand you the raw numbers. A clinic that gives you a composite score and no underlying panel has made its results impossible to compare, to track, or to take anywhere else.

Ask whether the intake includes a measured VO2 max or only an estimate, whether body composition is DEXA or bioimpedance, and whether follow-up testing is priced separately. Ask what happens to your data if you stop being a client.

Be specific about epigenetic age tests. They are interesting and they are not standardised: two vendors will give you two different biological ages from the same blood draw. Treat them as a trend line within one vendor, not as a number that means anything on its own.
